Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis; optimize the Loan Review Mechanism (LRM) under Basel/CBSL rules; prepare credit risk and stress-testing reports for Senior Management and the Board.
A Degree in a field of Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Banking from a UGC recognized University
Or
Full qualification from a recognized professional body CIMA (UK), CA Sri Lanka, ACCA ,CMA
Or
Full qualification in Banking along with Diploma in Integrated Risk Management (IBSL)
A minimum of four (04) years’ experience at Executive level in Risk Management within a bank or a recognized financial institution.
Assistant Manager Scale: Approx. gross monthly salary of Rs. 223,400.00 (Basic: Rs. 113,040-1,880 x 20 - 150,640 per month + bank approved allowances).
Age: Not more than 40 years
*Note: Age limits will not apply to those who are already employed in a state sector organization. Allowances include Cost of Living, Rent & 10% Allowance.
